As I’ve mentioned in previous posts this week – too many times do you think? – with having a mid-week holiday, the favourite was cooked on this day.
A very yummy Spicy Korean Pork Belly.
I served it with noodles and asian stir fried vegies. I wouldn’t normally cook this mid-week as it take just over two hours to cook. I will definitely be cooking this dish again.
